- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, ground fine
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1 clove finely minced garlic
- 1/4 finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tsp finely minced or grated ginger
Mix everything together and let "brew" in fridge overnight
