- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 0.5 - 1 tsp finely minced or grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2-3 tbsp chopped green onions
Mix together and let "brew" in fridge overnight. Thicken with cornstarch to use as a glaze or dipping sauce if desired.
